1 Definitions & Scope

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the vip21 website, mobile interface, and all related services. "Services" includes online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment activities.

These Terms apply to all registered and unregistered users. Using any part of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the Platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

You must register your account with accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account termination. If any of your personal information changes, you must contact us immediately.

3.2 Password & Login Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify vip21 support immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

vip21 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate any account for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or operating multiple accounts.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on vip21 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements (when a bonus is active).
• For suspicious transactions, vip21 may request additional verification.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be terminated immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vip21 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposited amount is not counted. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Bonus offers have a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• vip21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program

vip21's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and engagement on the Platform. vip21 reserves the right to modify VIP terms and will endeavor to notify users before changes take effect.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute serious violations of the Terms:

• Fraud, manipulation, or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts or opening accounts using third-party information.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's systems or security.
• Collusion or coordinated activity against other users.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information.

If any such activity is detected, vip21 will immediately terminate the account and forfeit all balances and bonuses. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip21 platform — logos, designs, game graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of vip21 or its respective suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Users are granted limited permission to use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content without written permission is prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

vip21 gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data transfers secure. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

The applicable law and jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined according to the region where the Platform is registered. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
